Oyo Democratic Alliance greets Muslims at Ramadan Oyo Democratic Alliance has congratulated Muslims in Nigeria and Oyo State in general as they commence another season of Ramadan. ODA Chairman, Wole Adedoyin , in a statement hinted that Ramadan remains the holiest of all months in the Islamic calendar, adding that Ramadan fast   is one of the five pillars of Islam which Muslims strictly adhere to in line with injunction of the Almighty Allah.
